What is yours:

• Engineer and develop innovative bicycle components and assemblies from concept through production release.
• You will lead engineering projects across the development process, ensuring products meet performance, quality, manufacturability, cost, and timeline objectives while working closely with Product Management, suppliers, testing partners, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and validate bicycle components, assemblies, and accessories.
  
• Create advanced 3D CAD models and technical documentation using SolidWorks.
  
• Manage development projects from concept through industrialization and production release.
  
• Define validation plans, analyze test results, and drive engineering improvements.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across existing products and platforms.

Your profil:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Design Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in product development, mechanical engineering, or bicycle engineering.
  
• Expert SolidWorks skills including complex part, assembly, and surface modeling.
  
• Strong understanding of bicycle technology, mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
  
• Willingness to travel.
